1. Audio recordings

I may sometimes use samples from the audio recordings of lessons to put on my website as examples of my teaching methods.

2. Cancellation of lessons

You can cancel a lesson but you must cancel it before the day of the lesson.

If you cancel the lesson on the same day as the class, you will lose this lesson from your monthly package.

3. Lateness for lessons

You must be on time for your lessons. I will wait a maximum of ten minutes for you to come to your class.

If you haven't arrived in ten minutes, your lesson is cancelled and you lose it from your monthly package.

Please note that this rule applies even if you have a technical problem with your connection or your computer.

4. My cancellations

While I try to be available to teach all lessons 100% of the time, there are times when my personal circumstances mean I must cancel a lesson myself. You must accept that this can happen even on the same day of the lesson.

5. Regular study times

When possible you can have a fixed and regular study time with me each week. However, this time will sometimes change if for example another student books the same time before you do. You will need to have some flexibility about the times you can study with me. You may not request a refund for your lessons if you can't get a study time.

6. Sharing lessons with other people

The lessons you buy can only be for one person at one time. You can not share your lessons with friends or family members at a later time. They will have to buy a new study package for themselves.

7. Study packages

Your monthly lesson package starts on the date of your first lesson and finishes on the same date of the next month. You must complete your month's lessons inside the monthly study time period. This applies even if you are ill and can't continue lessons or you have a technical problem with your Internet connection.
