Payment must be received before lessons begin
A student not attending a class without reasonable cause loses this lesson from their credit
Students may not have a break between lessons of more than 6 months
Teacher and students should give 24 hours notice of changes or cancellations
Students should accept that they may have to have a different teacher sometimes
Students are entitled to a refund of their money if for personal reasons they cannot
continue to study
Students are entitled to a refund of their money at our discretion if they are not satisfied with
their lessons
Students are responsible with teachers for organising group lessons. This can involve
contacting other students to check their availability to study.
There is no guarantee that a group lesson space will be available at all times
