Terms and conditions

Being on time for lessons is very important. If you arrive late for a lesson or delay the lesson at the start for some reason, you will not get this time back.

For example, if you have a 60 minute lesson and you arrive online 10 minutes late, your lesson will be 50 minutes long.

Please note that I will wait a maximum of 15 minutes for you to arrive for a lesson. If you do not arrive in 15 minutes, I will go offline on Skype and it will be a missed lesson for you.

When using the Email Teacher service, you can only ask one question at a time.

When you buy lessons, these classes are only for you. You may not share these lessons at a later time with friends or family members. They will have to make new payments for new lessons.

You can cancel a lesson if you are busy or have a problem. However, if you don't come to a lesson without telling me you will lose this lesson from the total you paid for.

Payments must be received before lessons start.

I do not issue refunds for lessons under any circumstances.
