Can I use a Mac to have lessons?Yes. Lessons are possible on Windows, Mac and even Linux operating systems.

-
Can we have lessons if my company has a no Skype policy at work?Yes. I can use alternative software which allows us to talk and you to see the screen on your computer even with a Skype firewall at your company.

-
Do you use a webcam in lessons? No. I don't use a webcam with students because I want the learner to concentrate on what they say and hear in a lesson.

What equipment do I need? You need two things. You must have a faster Internet connection using a cable modem. Lessons are not possible with a dial-up connection. A speed of 3 MB/ps should be fast enough.
The second thing you need is a headset microphone. You should not use the built-in microphone in a laptop because this will make acoustic feedback.

What software do I need? You need two programs. The first is Skype which lets you talk to me in an online lesson and the second is Teamviewer, which is a conferencing program that lets you see the lesson on your screen.
Both programs are free and you can download them from the website links above.
